chizuru was born in doma shortly before it was conquered by garlemald. her time running through the tranquil hills and farmland was marred by fighting and terror throughout her once peaceful homeland. shortly after the fighting began, chizuru was orphaned and found herself alone. she persevered and found ways to survive on her own no matter how hard life became for her. it was by fate, or maybe hydaelyn's blessing, that she found aurore feufollet. the viera was on a mission helping the dalmascan resistance and stumbled upon chizuru who was helpless and alone.

| aurore became her new family after that. there wasn't much of a time that she didn't spend trailing after her heels, eager to learn about the different things that made aurore that strong. she started with the lance once she grew old enough and strong enough to wield one. it suited her just fine but she wanted to learn more. |
| little did she know there was a bit of darkness inside her. she hadn't noticed it as a child, maybe too traumatized to acknowledge the voidsent that had latched onto her after her parents were murdered that had been slowly feeding on her aether. it was smart enough to know that it shouldn't completely kill her outright, that it could feed slowly for years until it could choose the right time to finish her. |

| chizuru in a nutshell is very much an introvert with bursts of extrovert tendencies that are few and far in between. but once she feels that she's comfortable, she does open up a little more and will happily engage in more conversation. she is the positive sort of person, always trying to look at the bright side of things and take things one step at a time rather than rush. sometimes she's an act now, think later sort of girl if someone she cares about is in danger or any kind of trouble. a little slow on the uptake, chizuru always means well and puts her heart and soul into everything she does. |

chizuru is first and formost an adventurer. if you need something done, she's one to get it done and get it done quickly. often times she is with her mentor aurore but she does try her best to not bother her as much as she used to. she is a fully capable adventurer in her own right now, she just has to believe in herself that she is.
FOR THE LOVE OF HER HOMELAND
chizuru is orginally from doma and though she left at a very young age, she still remains curious about her former homeland. while not an academic and particularly adverse to books, she yearns to know about her roots and how things came to be. she's a little afraid to return for long periods of time, if at all. it's a subject she's not comfortable with and is all at the same time.
